CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-441 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS FROM ~E ROSE AND <br />APPROVING REVISION OF IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR <br />SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has reviewed the modified improvement <br />plans for Santa Rita Road affecting the Auf der <br />Maur and Rose properties and finds the modifications <br />to be acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City has offered Mae Rose $3,650 together with <br />costs of relocating the chain link fence, adding <br />redwood slats, and constructing a twenty foot <br />driveway, for right-of-way and Dublic service <br />easement (together with temporary landscape easement) <br />necessary for the widening and improvement of <br />Santa Rita Road, and Mae Rose has accepted this <br />offer; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the modification to the improvement <br /> plans for Santa Rita Road to show an extension of <br /> the 33 foot public service easement and temporary <br /> landscaping easement south from the T.M.I. property <br /> across the Auf der Maur and Rose parcels and the <br /> inclusion of driveways and other associated modifi- <br /> cations to the improvement plans as shown on <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council accepts the deeds from Mae <br /> Rose, attached hereto as Exhibits B and C, and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to imDlement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, <br /> <br />Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> <br />
