Additional Sewer Restrictions. In co~lsideration for <br /> <br />the execution of this Agreement by City. the other parties to <br />this Agreement agree to the restrictions imposed by this Paragraph <br />for so long as there remain valid Propert;,~ Sewer Permits which <br />have not been allocated to improvements which are the subject of <br />building permits (whether or not such buiidings have been constructed). <br />Owner or any successor in interest to a pF~rtion of the t;roperty <br />which has been subdivided or otherwise legally divided from the <br />balance of the Property, shall not be entitled to obtain additional <br />sewer capacity from the City pursuant to its "first come, first <br />served" policy with respect to any additional sewer capacity <br />required by Owner or successor until all 387 Property Sewer <br />Permits have either expired or been allocated to jn~n:ovements <br />which are the subject of building permits (whether or not such <br />buildings have been constructed). <br /> <br /> 6.
