CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> AL~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-436 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF MARILYN STONE <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />on August 24, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Marilyn D. Stone for <br />injuries received in a fall which occurred on <br />June 11, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 11, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the claim and determined that it should be <br />denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim filed on August 24, 1983 on behalf of <br /> Marilyn D.
