CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-433 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, PARCEL MAP <br />3858 (FORMERLY TRACT 4857) HACIENDA BUSINESS PAP%, <br />PHASE I AND HOPYARD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FROM OWENS <br />DRIVE TO VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Parcel Map 3858 (Formerly Tract 4857) Hacienda <br />Business Park, Phase I, has been completed and a <br />maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />October 6 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Parcel <br /> Map 3858 (Formerly Tract 4857) Hacienda Business <br /> Park, Phase I, and Hopyard Road Improvements from <br /> Owens Drive to Valley Avenue, more particularly <br /> described in Exhibits "A" and "B", are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />/B~v a Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> eter D.
