CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-429 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED SUBDIVISION AGREEmeNT <br />FOR TRACT 5129, FAIRLANDS, UNIT 9, ADDING DITZ- <br />CRANE AS ASSIGNEE OF FIRST PLEASANTON INVESTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the final map, improvement plans and Subdivision <br />Agreement for Tract 5129 was approved by Council <br />on September 27, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ditz-Crane is in the process of assuming ownership <br />of this Tract and it is necessary to amend the <br />Subdivision Agreement to indicate Ditz-Crane as <br />the assignee of First Pleasanton Investors; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Amended Subdivision Agreement for <br /> Tract 5129, Fairlands, Unit 9, adding Ditz-Crane <br /> as the assignee of First Pleasanton Investors, <br /> subject to substitution of appropriate bonds and <br /> insurance coverage. <br /> <br />Section 2: The mayor is hereby authorized to executed the <br /> above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, i.iercer, Mohr, Wood <br /> and Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br />TTEST.
