Drive at a point 1450 feet, more or less, northerly of <br />Stoneridge Drive and extending 270 feet westerly, more or less, <br />to its terminus in the easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. <br /> <br />The acquisition of storm drain pipes and headwalls in a portion <br />of the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br />District easement recorded as document RE2873IM70 (about 67 feet <br />wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive and extending northerly <br />2100 feet, more or less, to its terminus. <br /> <br />The acquisition of a sanitary sewer pipe and steel casing by <br />boring and jacking under Hopyard Road at a location 1000 feet, <br />more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />The acquisition of all lands, street rights-of-way and the <br />acquisition or construction of all auxiliary work necessary to. <br />complete the above described improvements. <br /> <br />Maintenance of the landscaping until July t, 1984. <br /> <br /> 2. REIMBURSEMENT OF DEVELOPmeNT COSTS. The City <br />agrees to reimburse the Developer for the Development Costs for <br />the Improvements described in Paragraph 1 in the amount of <br />$ 7,460,600.00 <br /> <br /> The parties acknowledge that the Development Costs to <br />be reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement have been ~scertained <br />from Developer's records and that the City has not conducted an <br />independent audit of these amounts. A detailed listing of <br />Development Costs is contained in Appendix A attached hereto and <br />by reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. REIMBURSEMENT. The City shall reimburse the <br /> Development Costs in the amount stated in Paragraph 2, by a <br /> check drawn on the'improvement fund for Assessment District <br /> No. 82-3, Meyer Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> California, within one day after the sale and delivery of <br /> improvement bonds of the assessment district. <br /> <br /> 4.
