RESOLUTION NO. 83-418 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING I{EPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-3, MEYER CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to <br />ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 82-3, Meyer <br />Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, and now <br />makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed KCA Engineers, Inc., as the <br />Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare the report <br />required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The acquisition Of the following described improvements on the <br /> following streets: <br /> <br /> 1. Morse Drive (73 feet wide) commencing at Hopyard Road at a <br /> point 1050 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive, <br /> and extending westerly 650 feet, more or less, to Johnson <br /> Drive; <br /> <br /> 2. Morse Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Johnson'Drive and <br /> extending westerly 950 feet, more or less, to Franklin Drive; <br /> <br /> 3. Bradley Drive (53 feet wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive <br /> at a point 800 feet, more or less, westerly of Hopyard Road, <br /> and extending northerly 300 feet, more or less, to Johnson <br /> Drive; <br /> <br /> <br />
