CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-414 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF MARIO TOMASETTI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on August 15, 1983, the City received a claim filed <br />on behalf of Mario Tomasetti in the sum of $1,500 <br />for damages to his vehicle incurred in an accident <br />on August 1, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council reviewed the claim at its meeting <br />of September 27, 1983 and determined that it should <br />be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The claim of Mario Tomasetti in the sum of $1,500 <br />presented to the City on August 15, 1983 is hereby <br />denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ROBERT E.
