CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-412 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF RUSSELL C. <br /> <br />SELF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on July 22, 1983, the City received a claim filed on <br />behalf of Russell Cameron Self in the sum of $400,000 <br />for injuriesincurred in an accident on April 20, 1983; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council reviewed the claim at its meeting <br />of September 27, 1983 and determined that it should <br />be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim of Russell Cameron Self in the sum of <br /> $400,000 presented to the City on July 22, 1983 is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />ROB~TE~.BUT~L~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
