CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-411 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF LISA LEONARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on August 14, 1983, the City received a claim filed <br />on behalf of Lisa Leonard for damages incurred in <br />an accident on May 6, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council reviewed this claim at its meeting <br />of September 27, 1983 and determined that it should <br />be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on Au ust 14, 1983 on behalf of <br /> Lisa Leonard in the sum of ~3,550 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, <br /> <br /> ~.~~E.
