CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-409 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AFFIRMING ANNUAL REVIF~ OF DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH STONERIDGE DEVELOPMENT INTERESTS <br />(TAUBMAN, ET AL.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to the terms of the development agreement <br />with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, (Trustee), <br />an annual review of the progress of development of the <br />subject project is required to confirm compliance with <br />the terms of the agreement; and <br /> <br />I'~tEREAS , <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />presented a report to Council dated September 19, 1983 <br />indicating the developer was in full compliance with <br />the terms of the agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms that the developers of <br /> Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center are in full compliance <br /> with the terms of the Development Agreement dated <br /> July 20, 1981. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTP~BER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />ROBERT iB UTL R <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
