CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-402 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5004, PARK PLACE, KE~] GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES, INC. WHEREAS , a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 5004, Park Place, Ken Gooch and Associates, Inc. have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of September 27, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 5004, Park Place, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: The developer should be aware that litigation is pending regarding the downstream storm drainage system discharge north of Vineyard Avenue. ComDletion of this development may contribute to the problem by increasing the peak runoff. The developer may be subject to some undetermined degree of liability pending the outcome of possible litigation. Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5004, Park Place, between the City of Pleasanton and Ken Gooch and Associates, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
