CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-399 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5129, FAIRLANDS, UNIT 9, FIRST PLEASANTON <br />INVESTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and imDrovement plan for <br />Tract 5129, Fairlands, Unit 9, First Pleasanton <br />Investors, have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 27, <br />1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5129, Fairlands, Unit 9, are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for the above- <br /> mentioned tract between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and First Pleasanton Investors, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~ ~_~ ~_~,'~ ~ROBER~E.
