CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-397 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACTS 4768 AND 5065, FOOTHILL KNOLLS, THE HOWARD <br />MARK COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tracts 4768 and 5065, Foothill Knolls,have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and <br />the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of September 27, <br />1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tracts 4768 and 5065, Foothill Knolls are <br />hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br />City officers are instructed to take whatever <br />action necessary to implement said apDroval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tracts 4768 <br /> and 5065, Foothill Knolls, The Howard Mark Company, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 27, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> ROBERT E.
