CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-389 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION TO AGREEMENT <br />WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY REGARDING ~BULANCE SERVICE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the modification to the <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Alameda <br /> County which changes the termination date to <br /> June 30, 1984, a copy of the modification of agreement <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 13, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: T~~~YR <br /> ROBER <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />VED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> MacDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
