To promote City's interest, City shall take the <br />initiative and use good faith efforts to obtain all gov- <br />ernmental approvals which are required of City and other <br />governmental authorities, subject to the right of future <br />City Councils to determine how much and in what manner <br />to pursue additional approvals. <br /> <br /> (b) Prudential Funding of Costs. To assist <br />City in expanding the sewage capacity presently avail- <br />able to City, Prudential shall fund, to the extent <br />agreeable to City and Prudential, the expenses, such as <br />the expenses of studies, of the expansion.
