If, six (6) years or more after the date of <br /> execution of this Second Amended Agreement, there <br /> is no remaining Existing Prudential Capacity avail- <br /> able to Prudential due to (a) at least Two Hundred <br /> Ninety-Eight Thousand (298,000) gallons of the <br /> Existing Prudential Capacity having been allocated <br /> to Prudential and its Assignees, and (b) all re- <br /> maining Existing Prudential Capacity, not to exceed <br /> Two Thousand (2,000) gallons, having been assigned <br /> to Lot 18B, as shown on Parcel Map 3922, filed <br /> April 22, 1983; or <br /> <br /> (v) Termination.
