CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-382 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GP~NT OF EAS~{ENT FROM MB ASSOC- <br />IATES FOR INSTALLATION OF A SOUNDWALL ON SANTA <br />RITA ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from <br />MB Associates to the City of Pleasanton for <br />a 3-foot-wide easement necessary for installation <br />of the Santa Rita Road soundwall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 13, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The Grant of Easement from MB Associates to the <br /> City of Pleasanton for an easement for installation <br /> of the Santa Rita Road soundwall is hereby acceDted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 13, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - <br />None <br />Councilmember Wood <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBERT <br /> ~;"~k~e~, Ci Clerk ~~ <br /> ames R. l <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br /> ~.B~UTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br />P~e~er~ D.' ac ona , ity Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
