CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-375 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACTS 4986, 5160, 5161 and 5162, THE VINEYARDS, PONDEROSA HOMES WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tracts 4986, 5160, 5161 and 5162, The Vineyards, Ponderosa Homes have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of September 13, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tracts 4986, 5160, 5151 and 5162, The Vineyards, Ponderosa Homes, are hereby approved and accepted, subject to the adjustment of lot lines along the westerly side of Tracts 5162 and 5151 to accommodate the soundwall located to the satisfaction of staff with the deisgn, height and location of the wall and appurtenant landscaning also to the satisfaction of staff, and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for The Vineyards, between the City and Ponderosa Homes, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
