CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-374 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EA~.MENT ~ROM MR. AND MRS. <br />DOUGLAS G. LYNN FOR MAIiVliI~]CE OF PP~OPOSED UTILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from <br />Douglas G. Lynn and Alberta L. Lynn to the City of <br />Pleasanton for a public service easement to provide <br />for maintenance of a public on-site water line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of SeDtember 13, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Grant of Easement from Douglas G. Lynn and <br />Alberta L.
