CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AI~AMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-370 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4940, DEER OAKS, PHASE II, DEER OAKS LAND <br />C~IPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4940, Deer Oaks, Phase II have been submitted <br />and checked by the Engineering staff and the <br />necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />~rHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tract 4940, Deer Oaks, Phase II, are hereby <br />approved and accepted and the appropriate City <br />officers are instructed to take whatever action <br />necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4940, <br /> Deer Oaks, Phase II, with Deer Oaks Land Company, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorDorated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None R~R <br /> ATTEST: <br />~ ~ ROBE <br /> <br /> ames R.' k le k <br /> r <br /> s George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> A~tR~/~D AS TO FORM: <br /> D Maid <br /> eter .
