CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-368 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5094, SPRINGWOOD MEADOWS, BARRATT, SAN JOSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5094, Sprin~wood Meadows, Barratt, San Jose <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br /> the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5094, Springwood Meadows, Barratt, San <br /> Jose, are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5094 <br /> with Barratt of San Jose, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROBE~E.~ BUTL~ER, MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
