CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-361 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, 1983 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,835,858.01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of August 23, 1983, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of July, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and Droper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 42758 to 43130 <br /> dated from July 7, 1983 to July 29, 1983, in the <br /> total amount of $2,835,858.01 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated July 31, 1983, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
