CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-356 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - KOTTINGER <br />DRIVE AND KOTTINGER PARK, PROJECT NO. 83-11, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WItEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated August 18, 1983 (SR 83:347), advised <br />the City Council that plans and specifications had <br />been completed for drainage improvements for Kottinger <br />Drive and Kottinger Park, Project No. 83-11, and <br />that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 23, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> drainage improvements to Kottinger Drive and Kottinger <br /> Park, Project No. 83-11. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
