CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-355 RESOLUTION APPROVING IMPROVE}~NT PLANS AND STREET IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 4064 WHEREAS, improvement plans for street improvements as required by Parcel Map 4064 have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and ~'~EREAS, an agreement has been drafted between the City of Pleasanton and Prudential Insurance Company regarding the proposed street improvements; and ~MEREAS, the necessary grants of easement and dedications of right-of-way from Prudential have been received and reviewed by staff; and WHEREAS, said plans, agreements and deeds were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The improvement plans for Parcel Map 4064 are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the Street Improve- ment Agreement with Prudential Insurance Company regarding Parcel Map 4064, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: The deeds for right-of-way dedication and public service easements, attached as Exhibits A through D and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
