CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-353 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF 1982-83 ALAMEDA COUNTY SUPPORT FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1982-83 Alameda <br /> County SuDport Funds was $74,080.58; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alameda County each year requires that the recipients <br />of the support funds give an accountin~ of the monies <br />received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1982-83 allocation was applied in the following <br /> manner: <br /> <br />Peters Ave. at Rose Ave. <br />Secretariat Drive diverter <br />Sidewalk repair <br /> <br />$13,105.58 <br />$10,975.00 <br />$50,000.00 <br />$74,080.58 <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities prepared a <br />report dated August 16, 1983 outlining the expenditure <br />of the funds and requesting approval of the application <br />by resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU~ICIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: ADDroves the report of planned expenditures of the <br /> 198~Z83 Alameda County Support Funds. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the City Clerk to transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Alameda <br />County and to such other Dersons as may request a copy <br />of said resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> P~ter ~.
