CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-352 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5174, BIRCH CREEK H~S, VINEYARD ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5174, Birch Creek Homes, Vineyard Associates, <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5174, Birch Creek Homes, are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5174, <br />Birch Creek Homes, with Vineyard Associates, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter ~. ~acDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
