CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-351 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 3967, DEER OAKS, PHASE IA, DEER OAKS <br />LAND COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Parcel Map 3967, Deer Oaks, Phase IA have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and <br />the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br /> the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Parcel Map 3967, Deer Oaks, Phase IA are <br /> hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said apDroval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Parcel MaD <br />3967, Deer Oaks, Phase IA, with Deer Oaks Land <br />Company, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23,1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />TEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None ~~~~ <br /> BUTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter~ D/MacDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
