EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the perspective, site plan, elevations and landscape <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance.of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance Of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That a thirty foot (30') wide common access drive <br />centered on the west property line of the subject <br />property shall be constructed in conjunction with this <br />development unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer and the Fire Marshal during final design. <br /> <br />That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall <br />be aware that there is a pending application for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which <br />includes the subject property. If approved, all terms <br />and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That approval of case Z-83-110 is subject to all con- <br />ditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel <br />Map 3858. <br /> <br /> <br />
