CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-342 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING APPROXIMATELY 17 ACRE AT 4750 FIRST STREET FROM THE "R-1-65 (Single-Family) Residential District" TO THE "P" (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT ~EREAS, at its meeting of August 9, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezonine an approximately 17 acre school site (Pleasanton Elementary School) at 4750 First Street from the "R-1-65 (Single-Family) Residential" District to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District; and WHEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 19, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission and ~EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the Droposed rezoning; and I~IEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact ReDorts; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoninE would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoninK an approximately 17 acre school site (Pleasanton Elementary School) at 4750 First Street from the "R-1-65 (Single-Family) Residential" District to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 9, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
