( <br /> <br />Term of Agreement: This agreement shall be effective on July 1, <br />1983 and shall terminate ou July 1, 1984 unless otherwise extended <br />or rene~ved by the Service and the City. <br /> <br />Dissolution of Service: Should the Service be dissolved during <br />the term of this agreement or during any extension o~ renewal <br />thereof, the agreement may be assumed by a successor upon the <br />express written consent of the City; or may be terminated by <br />either the Service or the City.
