CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-327 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />FURTHER POND PZSTOP~TION, PROJECT NO. 82-14, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated August 4, 1983, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for further restoration work on property <br />leased from the City of San Francisco Water Depart- <br />ment for sewage effluent ponding and spraying, <br />Project No. 82-14, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of Au%ust 9, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVESAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> further pond restoration, Project ~lo. 82-14. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the Land <br /> Use Permit required for the above project and <br /> approves payment of the required fees. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective irmnediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 9, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk /~ <br /> <br /> Brian W. _ , stant City <br /> Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
