CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-326 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE VINEYARD AVENUE BIKE LANE - TOURIGA DRIVE TO <br />ADAMS WAY, PROJECT NO. 83-7, AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated AuKust 4, 1983, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for construction of the Vineyard Avenue <br />bike lane from Touriga Drive to Adams Way, Project <br />No. 83-7, and that said plans have been reviewed <br />by staff; and <br /> <br />~MEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 9, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Vineyard Avenue bike lane from Touriga Drive to <br /> Adams Way, Project No. 83-7. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 9, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wood and ~avor Butler <br /> <br />None <br />Councilmember Mercer <br />None <br /> <br /> ROBE .
