That two minimum 12 ft. wide sliding gates shall be installed in the f~ncing at the rear of the building, one on the north and the other on the south side of the fenced area. These gates are for the purpose of allowing fire department access to the area and their design and location shall be approved by the fire department prior to issuance of a building permit. That the 30 ft. wide common d~iveway be constructed in total in conjunction with the subject project. That the colors for the building be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That a final landsGape plan be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit· That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking, such transformers shall not be located between the street and the front of the building. That the street number of the building be posted so ~as to be easily seen from the street at all times,.day and night. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in Such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- ceptible at'or beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zoning district.
