EXHIBIT "A" <br />PUD-82-18-3D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the'Planning <br />Division. <br /> <br />That two minimum 12 ft. wide sliding gates shall be <br />installed in the f~ncing at the rear of the building, <br />one on the north and the other on the south side of the <br />fenced area. These gates are for the purpose of allowing <br />fire department access to the area and their design and <br />location shall be approved by the fire department prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the 30 ft. wide common d~iveway be constructed in <br />total in conjunction with the subject project. <br /> <br />That the colors for the building be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />That a final landsGape plan be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit· <br /> <br />That the location of any pad mounted transformers <br />shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally <br />speaking, such transformers shall not be located <br />between the street and the front of the building. <br /> <br />That the street number of the building be posted so <br />~as to be easily seen from the street at all times,.day <br />and night. <br /> <br />That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br /> <br />That all mechanical equipment be constructed in Such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at'or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br /> <br />
