CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-314 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BCSM PARTNERS <br />FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 12,000 <br />SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY .87 <br />ACRES AT 2166 RHEEM DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />BCSM Partners has applied for design approval for <br />an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply <br />warehouse/office building and related facilities <br />on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem <br />Drive to be occupied by Westinghouse Electric; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br />no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br />a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br />July 26, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on July 26, 1983 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed Droject <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-82-18 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-82-18 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of BCSM Partners for <br /> design approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. <br /> ft. electrical supply warehouse/office building <br /> and related facilities on an approximately .87 <br /> acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive (PUD-82-18-3D), <br /> subject to all the conditions contained in Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
