CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-313 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF AN APPROXIMATELY 12000 SQ.FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON AN APPROXI- MATELY .87 ACRE SITE AT 2166 RHEEM DRIVE (PUD-82-18-3D) WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 26, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for design review approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse/office and related facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 5, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed design review approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed design review approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for design review approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse/office building and related facilities on an approximately .87 acre stie at 2166 Rheem Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
