CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-308 RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT FOR ARNOLD KRUSE WHEREAS , Arnold Kruse applied to the Planning Commission for a home occupation permit to operate a long- haul trucking business from his residence at 4363 Second Street; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 22, 1983, the Planning Commission reviewed the application of Mr. Kruse together with staff report from the Director of Planning and Community Development regarding this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the application; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, the City Council submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and ~EREAS, at its meeting of July 26, 1983, the City Council received a report dated July 14, 1983 from the Director of Planning and Community Development together with a copy of the staff report to the Planning Commission regarding this matter; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 26, 1983 at which time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding the appeal for home occupation permit; and WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, the City Council deliberated on this appeal; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Denies the appeal thereby approving the home occupation permit to allow the operation of a long-haul trucking business from the residence of Arnold Kruse at 4363 Second Street and affirms the Planning Commission decision to approve the Dermit.
