If, at any <br />time during the five-year period following installation of the equipment <br />to which the basic termination charge applies and when such equipment is <br />disconnected as a result of (i) a request of Customer, (ii) Customer's <br />service being disconnected in accordance with Pacific's applicable <br />tariffs, or (iii) a breach by Customer of the terms of this agreement, <br />Customer shall pay to Pacific upon demand the basic termination charge <br />for such equipment as specified above, less a credit of one sixtieth <br />(1/60) of said charge for each month or fraction thereof between the date <br />on which this equipment was installed and the date on which it was <br />disconnected. <br /> <br /> <br />
