RESOLUTION NO. 83-306 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1983-2 <br /> HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of' Pleasanton <br /> <br /> As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1983-2, H~cienda Business Park, <br />this Council approves that certain agreement between the <br />City of Pleasanton and The Prudential Insurance Company of <br /> <br />America and Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasanton, dated <br /> ~ ~ , 1983, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br />This agreement replaces the Acquisition Agreement approved <br /> <br />by the City Council on April 26, 1983, by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 83-169. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and <br />the City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
