A 24-foot wide storm drain easement commencing at Franklin Drive at a point 1200 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge'Drive and extending 240 feet westerly, more or less, to its terminus in the easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. C. A 24-foot wide storm drain easement commencing at Franklin Drive at a point 1450 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive and extending 270 feet Westerly, more or less, to its terminus in the easterly line of the ACFCWCD easement. The acquisition or construction of storm drain pipes and headwalls in a portion of the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District easement recorded as document RE2873IM70 (about 67 feet wide) commencing at Stoneridge Drive and extending northerly 2100 feet, more or less, to its terminus. The acquisition or construction of a sanitary sewer pipe and' steel casing by boring and jacking under Hopyard Road at a location 1000 feet, more or less, northerly of Stoneridge Drive. The acquisition of all lands, easements and rights-of-way and the acquisition or construction of all auxiliary work necessary to complete the above described improvements. It is the intention of the City Council to amend this resolution of intention at the time of the public hearing on the Engineer's Report to include within the description of work to be acquired all work which shall have been completed prior to the public hearing. The balance of the public improvements desdribed above shall be constructed through contracts let by the City of Pleasanton. This Council finds that the land specially benefited by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, "Proposed Boundary of Assessment District No. 82-3, Meyer Center- Pleasanton, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California."
