Agreement for Records <br /> Management Program <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into this day of July, 19~3, <br /> <br />by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"), and RECORDS SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES, <br />INC., a California corporation (hereinafter referred to as "RSA"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city is in need of a uniform method of records storage <br />and retrieval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RSA, a specialist in local government records management <br />programs, submitted a multi phase records management <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />city contracted with RSA to undertake Phase I and Phase II <br />of this records management program with said work having <br />been completed in a satisfactory manner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />city wishes to undertake Phase III of the records management <br />program as set forth in the attached proposal from RSA <br />dated June 2, 1983. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as <br />follows: <br /> <br />RSA shall provide the professional services outlined <br />as the scope of work for Phase III of the attached <br />proposal of Records Management Associates, Inc. dated <br />June 2, 1983. <br /> <br />2. The professional fees to be paid RSA for Phase III is to <br /> be as follows: <br /> <br />Professional fee $16,200. <br />Travel Expense (estimate) 240. <br />Total <br /> <br />$16,440. <br /> <br /> <br />
