CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-294 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISH- ING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY ~END!N~ SECTION 13 ESTABLISHING 12 BUS STOPS ON HOPYARD ROAD WHEREAS, the City Council, on ADril 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 26, 1983, the City Council received and discussed a report dated July 21, 1983 (SR 83:279) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to establishment of new bus stops on Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 by relocating the bus stops indicated in subsections 13h-1 through 13h-4 and adding new bus stops by subsections 13h-5 through 13h-12; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by repealing subsections 13h-1 through 13h-4 in their entirety and adding new subsections 13h-1 through 13h-12 as follows: 13h-1 On the easterly side of Station 81 + 13 to 81 + Drive).
