CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-291 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5099, LINVALE UNIT 4, SUTTER GATE JOINT <br />VENTURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5099, Linvale Unit 4, Sutter Gate Joint Venture, <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br /> the City Council at its meeting of July 26, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5099, Linvale Unit 4, Sutter Gate Joint <br /> Venture, are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5099, <br /> Linvale Unit 4, Sutter Gate Joint Venture, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None R.~E~.B~y <br />A~jTaTEST: ROBE OR <br /> <br /> mes R.
