A new entrance gate to Well Field No, 1 is to be installed to accommodate the Army's and Alameda County Flood Control's vehicles. Fencing and gates are to be installed at the direction of the Commander, Parks Reserve Forces Training Are~ or his authorized representative. j. That you agree to relocate and replace three transformers located near the frontage of Well Field No. 1. Siting is to be directed by the Commander, Parks Reserve Forces Training Area. Trans- foragers containing Polycblorinated Biphenyl (PCB) may not be reconnected and must be replaced, Further, that you agree to remove and dispose of existing transformers conta;ning PCB in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, including handling and transportation by a registered hauler ~o an approved disposal site; compliance with hazardous waste permitting and manifesting requirements; and, shall provide the Government a fully executed State of California hazardous waste manifest upon completion of dispesal actions. k. That you agree at the Stoneridge Road area to construct a new service road that will tie into the existing service road system on the remaining Government property and install a new six-foot woven-wire fencing with three-strand, barbed wire in-riggers. Said fencing is to tie into existing remaining fencing on Government property. All work is to be perfondled at ~he direction and satisfaction of the Con~ander, Parks ~eserve Forces Training Area, or his authorized representative. This Right-of-Entry will become effective when we receive your un'jual ified acceptance of all above terms and conditions.
