That you agree to accept terms and conditions of the <br />enclosed standard Department of the Army Easement, ENG Form 1360, <br />substanHally as printed. <br /> <br /> b. l'hat you agree because you desire to enter and use the <br />proposed easement areas in advance of"negotiations, processing, <br />execution and delivery of the 'formal instruments, you further agree <br />to accept and be bound in the -fon~al instruments by such other special <br />conditions which the Governmeat may determine and incorporate therein <br />as are reasonable and proper to its interest. <br /> <br /> c. That this Right-of-Entry shall temlinate upon the <br />effective date of formal instruments.
