expenses for which City is entitled to obtain reimbursement <br />from Prudential pursuant to this Agreement. Payments by <br />Prudential to City of amounts to which City is entitled to <br />reimbursement pursuant to this Agreement shall be due and <br />payable to City thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. <br /> <br /> (b) Prudential shall advance to City, within <br /> <br />fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of a written request <br />from the City, funds reasonably necessary to secure the immediate <br />possession of the interests to be acquired pursuant to any <br />eminent domain action undertaken by City pursuant to item (b) <br />of Paragraph 1 and in accordance with Paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> (c) Prudential shall reimburse City for all reasonable <br />costs incurred by City pursuant to any eminent domain action <br />settlement agreement° or any other action undertaken by City <br />pursuant to item (b) of Paragraph 1 and in accordance with <br />Paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 4. Acquisit'io~ By ASsessment District. The parties <br />shall cooperate With each other to cause the North Pleasanton <br />Winter Improvement District to be formed as soon as reasonably <br />practical and to cause the North Pleasanton Water improvement <br />District to reimbursePrudential for all costs and expenses <br />incurred or paid by Prudential0 if such costs and expenses are <br />included as a part of the costs and expenses financed by the <br />North Pleasanton Water Improvement District and such costs <br />and expenses arereimbursableby the North Pleasanton Water <br />Improvement Distri.ct to Prudential.
