EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984, <br />the salary and supplementary benefits for the City Attorney shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />Salary: The salary for fiscal year 1983-84 shall be <br /> $46,460, effective July 1, 1983. <br /> <br />II. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />Medical. Fully paid premiums <br />Blue Cross Plan or the Kaiser <br />and prescription drug options. <br /> <br />for either the City <br />"S" Plan with optical <br /> <br />B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life <br />insurance with a value equal to twice the annual <br />salary of the employee. <br /> <br />Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long <br />term disability insurance. <br /> <br />Vacation. The same vacation schedule as established <br />for City Management employees. <br /> <br />Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave <br />per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction with <br />annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, <br />January and July, if not taken, as established for City <br />Management employees. <br /> <br />Payroll deduction available to participate in City <br />and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />Holidays. The same holidays as established for City <br />Management employees. <br /> <br />Vehicle Usage. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br />By the City, provided the City Attorney licenses said <br />vehicle and pays for any gasoline related to the <br />personal use thereof. <br /> <br /> Day employee's share of <br />PERS costs (seven percent). <br /> <br /> <br />
