Walker is $48,315.00, commencing <br />May 13, 1983. <br /> <br />Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and <br /> prescription drug options. <br /> <br />b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value <br /> equal to twice the annual salary. <br /> <br />d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br />e. Vacation. <br /> <br />f. Holidays. <br /> <br /> R ty 0 m <br /> <br />h. Vehicle Allowance. A vehicle allowance of $200 per month for reimburse- <br /> ment of expenses related to use of private vehicle for city business. <br /> <br />i. Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year <br /> not to be taken in conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed <br /> twice each year, January and July, if not taken. <br /> <br />Four weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> <br />The same holidays as established for city management employees. <br /> <br /> <br />
