CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-276 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH CAMP, DRESSER <br />AND McKEE, INC. FOR PHASE II AND PHASE III WORK <br />FOR THE FOOTHILL RESERVOIR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there is an existing agreement between Camp, <br />Dresser and McKee, Inc. (CDM) dated November 9, <br />1982, which consists of three phases; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Phase I is now complete and CDM has submitted a <br /> proposal for Phases II and III; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Accepts the proposal dated July 6, 1983 as <br /> submitted by Camp, Dresser and McKee, Inc. and <br /> authorizes the execution of an appropriate contract <br /> for Phase II and Phase III work by the Mayor as <br /> approved to form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ ~ <br />ATTEST: O ER~E~B.B~TLER, MAYOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~t~er D. ~acDonald, Cmty Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
