STREET IMPROVEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />DEL VALLE PARKWAY FROM THE NORTH END OF THE PICO AVENUE <br />BRIDGE TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF TRACT NO. 4401 <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of June, 1983, by and between FRANK AUF DERMAUR and <br />KONRAD RICHENBACH (hereinafter referred to as "Owners") and <br />the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter <br />referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Owners owned roughly 74 acres of real property <br />located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard, designated <br />as all those lands within Parcel Map 1453, and Owners have <br />been subdividing and developing this real property phrsuant <br />to final tract maps 3855, 4166, and 4401; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the unsubdivided remainder of Owners' lands <br />(all those lands within Parcel Map 1453 less those within <br />Final Tract Maps 3858, 4166 and 4401) is shown in Exhibit <br />"A" and is hereinafter referred to as the "Property,"and <br />Owners intend to subdivide and develop the Property at some <br />future date; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, development of Final Maps 4401 and 4166 included <br />dedication of and improvement of a portion of the Del Valle <br /> <br />Parkway in accordance with standard <br />City's plans and specifications for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property includes <br /> <br />City procedures and the <br />that roadway; and <br />the proposed location of <br /> <br />the Del Valle Parkway between the eastern line of Tract 4401 <br />and the northerly terminus of the Pico Avenue bridge, the <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
